I have a chick from Hoover Hatchery I can’t id. Any ideas?

They look a bit like americanas.
They also could be whiting true blue.

I was going to say true blues as well, he looks just like mine

Hoover Hatchery apparently does not carry Whiting True Blue (I could not find any on their website.) So if the chick did come from Hoover Hatchery, it is probably not a Whiting True Blue.

I did, I ordered 2 Americanas but I only have one that I know is an Americana. This one doesn’t have the head shape or cheeks like the other.

They probably shipped exactly what you ordered--but chicks from a hatchery may not quite match the breed standard, and hatchery "Americanas" are especially variable.
 
Americana's normally have rose combs, If i'm not mistaking.
Ameraucana... the actual breed have PEA combs according to the standard of perfection.

Americana... Easter Eggers sold by many hatcheries in the $3 price range have NO standard of perfection and can be clean faced or beardeed and any comb style, shank color, etc.
