Hope they outgrow this soon ...

My little flock is coming up on three weeks old. Holy-moley, they are the ugliest teenagers in history. Half down and half sticky-out-y feathers, they all look like moth-eaten geeks with messed up proportions. Big feet, short legs, skinny chests, long necks, and weird heads.

Lord, I hope they outgrow these “uglies” soon. They don’t really look like chicks or chickens.

It's over before you know it! But even after they get their feathers, they still seem u proportionate. Around a year I when they will finally seem normal.
