Horrible Tragedy {new pics}

I am so sorry, I know it happens so fast its over before you realize its even happened. Hope your insurance helps with the car, and maybe your eggs will be o.k. . . .just have to think positive. . . .we have been so lucky here about storms, they seem to go around us every time, and for that I am very thankful.

That stinks! Glad everyone is ok!! You never know those eggs could still hatch!

Just in case anyone looses power with eggs in the bator, you might try covering it with sleeping bags to hold the heat in. I've never hatched eggs so not totally sure it would work but worth the try. When we lost power for three days in Jan., in WA, we did that with our 35 gal tropical fish tank. The fish all survived.

Here is the root of the tree which when it fell it was only a few inches from the run area of my cochin/frizzles pen that I hatched last year. They are eggs I had gotton from Dipsydoodledoo. I am extremly happy not to have lost any of them.

Here you can tell how high the fence was looking by the gate that didn't get smushed. I still can not believe all four dogs made it with no injuries. This truely is a miracle!

God must have plans for these four dogs.

So sorry to hear about this! I am also in Alabama and live among a lot of trees. A huge pine tree fell on one of our dog houses, but somehow our dogs came out okay.
