Horse show ends on 5th October

OK, moving this over from the closed comp...
Komet on the left is Arab-Trakehner, 26-y-o, my boy I've owned since he was a foal. He's retired from eventing due to arthritis, but able to be ridden for fun. Fiona, on the right, is OTTB 22-y-o mare, still sound for low-level eventing and dressage. Rescued from the kill-pen in 2010 by the friend I got her from.
Their vet took this picture while they were recovering from checkup/dental, she said they might live forever!View attachment 2351615

View attachment 2351924This is my American Paint, All Buttoned Up (we call her Buttons) she is a mare and she just turned 9 years old last Tuesday! Entering in Prettiest horse, Section 2. i Can’t enter her in best ridden bc they all include me (the rider of course lol) and I prefer not to show myself. Her father was gated, but she is not, she does however have a big movement and a nice Little up hill canter

Yeah I understand. If I want to show of Hudson being ridden in a photo, I just cut my head out of it.

Yay! This is Jimmy Fuzzbutt when he was 6 months old. He will be a year this October and since he's a mini, he's staying this size. I'm training him to drive and he is doing so well!

True. But the only photos I really have are the ones taken to look back at, so I can see what I need to fix when I ride. So... maybe not great for entering!

Thank you! I quite love him! I was just looking at that picture trying to figure out what is different with him now, then I found it. And I was like, "dang he's gotten fat!" Looks like it's time for Fuzz to go on a diet!

I love him! Buttons has some competition but she knows (in her mind) that she is the most beautiful mare around, so I don’t know what she will say when she sees a gelding like him!
