Horse Talk Hangout!

Good for you!!!!! I think you’ll find English a bit harder to learn, that’s what I have heard from western riders who now ride English anyway. It’s a very different way of doing things
Yeah it’ll take some getting use too but I’ve always wanted to try it!! It’ll be so fun!

Hi I’m Cassie! I don’t own a horse but I basically lease (I am the only one who rides him ) the halflinger I am training to be my barrel and pole horse!

I’ve been riding almost a year and am learning quickly! I already can gallop (only on trail). Although I compete in barrel racing/pole bending I also do a lot of trails and enjoy doing jumps.

Hi! What a cute horse!!!!! I barrel race too, and it is so fun!

I don’t have a horse, but I really want to barrel race. 😃
I love western riding, I ride between both Western and English, although Chancses, my standardbred gelding prefers to jump (I find it easier to jump english) and edges more to the English side.

Hi I just have one horse right now her name is Annie, she is half Arabian half Throughbred. I ride both English and Western like English best. I want to buy another horse I’ve been looking but haven’t found one yet.
