I'll play. I have two that live an hour away with my parents. I can't afford enough property where I live, it would easily be $750k+ for 3-4 acres

So here are my babies. This is Luna last year as a two year old. I put 60 days on her and then turned her out for the year. Will start up again with her soon.

Kiddos get to ride when visiting. The palomino roan is my daughter's horse.



The bay my dad is riding and ponying my kids with is the only one pictured that I didn't break and train.


The big chestnut my mom is on is out of the blazed face mare that doesn't have tack and looks pregnant.


Foaled out the momma and broke her to ride and drive then sent her to Montana pregnant with the big guy my mom is on who I came out to Montana and broke for her. And the last photo is from one of my favorite trail rides!

(the photos with the kids getting ponies are from my daughter's 7th birthday during COVID when we couldn't have a regular party so we had a horse/trail riding party and she got her own pink saddle for her bday. Lol. She's a lucky little girl))

With house. Pretty much anything with a house, fence and some run in sheds will be 750+. Lots of out of stater's moving in. I've had my house 3 years, it's gone up at least 200k

@TheDawg and thank you!! My kiddos are my pride and joy. I hope the look back and realize they had a special childhood that was very busy. The horses were my life pre-kids, but stabile lifestyle was worth giving up horses and getting a desk job.
