LOL - I love my daughter. She just came in and informs me, "We have new neighbors!" (we knew someone had bought the property behind us and had seen signs of work being done be ready to move in, but hadn't really seen anyone) -- and I say, "Really, what are they like?" ---and without missing a beat she says, "A chestnut and a black."

Forget the people, the important thing is their horses.

LOL! This is exactly what my daughter and I would notice! Not the human part, but the four legged furry and hooved part.

A few more questions. I found a mini breeder $300 for a mini horse colt, weanling. Does about $500 sound a bout right for fencing(electrics, o and does the fence always have to be on?)

Do u think this is about right?

That's right. That's how I am and how true horse people should be!!!!
My next step is so how are the horses, do they look healthy and well cared for.... But that's just how I am.
