Uhm... I've never heard of that... and my belly is pretty darn flat I think - and I've had a c-section to boot the first kid and regular birth the second.

Do you have any studies that show what you're talking about? maybe I'm not old enough yet - I'll be 39 tommorrow...so maybe this "stomach thing" hits later? LOL I dunno..

I have had two C-Sections.... beats all that huffing and puffing......

me too.. and one the *regular* way.. and the c-sections were so much easier to recoup from.. And my doc gave me a tummy tuck while he was there ..

Well shoot, if I'm 47 and haven't had a blink of symptoms yet, maybe my body will just forget to do it entirely! After all, my body never wanted to have kids. Maybe I've got myself a mutant female bod.

My SIL never went through it, she went for regular check up and her blood test said she was post meno.

You may be one of those lucky devils.

I'm 43 and after having my daughter at 39, health problems hit me like a ton of bricks, Hypertension, HBP, scatic nerve damage (may be fibromygl.) and yep good old peri menopause hit me last year and hated to wait for Aunt Flo to get here......still counting, twelve days late and I'm miserable!

Will not take BC either becaue of bad side effects I had from them. Better yet to let mother nature take care of it as it has been tolerable but no idea how bad it will get.

Poor hubby of mine, he bears it all.....puts up with my mood swings and "honey, please turn on or off the fans" , etc. Such a dear, isnt he??
