I had a 1602N bought for me for Christmas, did my first hatch in it, but had the same worries. So I installed a fan from Ebay.... now have it as my lockdown incubator as I purchased a 1588 to incubate. In my opinion, go for a 1588 first off...... Less worries and hassles.......

I found one of these with a turner for a good price, I have computer fan kicking around so I would add that. Would this be a good 'bator? I here mixed reviews of these styrafoam ones...

I am four days into hatching 12 Ameraucana and 1 Phoenix mix in my homemade 'bator and would like to get something that required a little less attention.
