What kind of pen do you have?

The quail are all in just plain ol cages. The grower pen was made especially for the quail babies. Since I had so many in different hatch dates I had to move out the ones that feathered out and put them into cages. The grow pen is for the babies without feathers yet. It has 1/2" wire around 3 sides for warm weather but now that it's cold we moved it in the shed along with all the other quail and wrapped a moving blanket around it to keep the heat in. It has a top that raises up and there is a divider in the middle so I can separate different sized chicks. This is what it looks like with the blanket raised up and looking in from the side.

This is the pen after he finished it. The back is covered and the other 3 sides are covered with 1/2" wire and so is the bottom and the divider.
