Hovabator humidity help?!

okay so i have given some emergency eggs that were abandoned by the mother duck that a friend owns...... i have the temp in my hovabator 1586 picture window model at 37.5 and am not sure how to get the humidity up too 55%..

i usually use a humidity guage but it broke in my last hatch... i shall aquire another one after work today but until them how many trays should i fill to keep the humidity at 55%??

I currently only have the middle one filled...

The middle is all the instruction say to use until lock down then you fill them all.

The humidity in mine went up to 59% today and all I did was remove one of the red plugs for a few hours and when the humidity dropped back to 51% I put the plug back in.
