I saw a post earlier from someone asking about laws in their state (in this case, KY) regarding selling/transporting eggs over state lines. If you have to be NPIP certified to do that, how are the monthly swaps held on BYC? I'm not trying to start a debate here; I'm honestly looking for answers. I know that many, many people sell eggs on Ebay as well; are all of them NPIP certified? Can anyone clarify, please? I would really love to participate in some swaps in the future, but need to know more about this NPIP certification and/or what is required to participate.
