There is an enablers solution to your problem.
Just bring in your laptop and connect to a wireless signal that isn't part of your company network

Thats what I would do at work if I don't want the stupidvisors watching where I go....as if the don't have anything better to do than watch over me

On your laptop just disable your companies wireless network and have it search for any other wireless connection that is available whether it is your neighbor, the business down the street or starbucks there is almost always an available wireless somewhere.
Enablers ride on........

Cory ( denying that I would ever do this at work.......I just heard about it on the internet

OMG Now I am frightened. LOL

I already have a problem with what my husband calls "horse porn" CanterUSA.org Where I got my TB from. I am wanting to go back to work full time(and kill myself doing it) so that I can afford another horse. Now I find out that chickens are just as addictive? And probably worse still because they are smaller? Oh Boy!!

I bet he is going to wish he would have let me have more bunnies:D

Anyway. I am adding Vivian(black Cochin) Mae, Daisy and Emma (Buff Orps) to our family mid June. And maybe a Golden Sebright hen and/or roo... I am going to try and sneak them in;)
I would have more, but need to keep it small since we technically live in the city. I am hoping to convince my mom to get some though. She needs a relaxing hobby

Nick,

Bigger is better. That way you have room for more chickens and you can set up a hatching area, a brooding area, a laying area, a growing area, observation areas for you, and an area for the many different kinds of feed.

What did I leave out?

Oh yeah, a hospital.

You better get hot and cold running water. You might want to consider a bathroom and bed also. And a kitchen.

Heck, just remodel your house. It might be easier.

OMG!!! YIKES.... Is this what could happen to me??

Yesterday I went to the feed store, they have a new delivery of chicks.... I sat and talked to them for a while. Some of them were quite friendly.
After I left, as I was driving home, I considered asking if they wanted anyone to come and "play" with the chicks. I was thinking that might get it out of my system a bit. And I would be helping get the chicks "socialized" to humans.

Just a thought, they might think I was crazy though...

You are wonderful!! I will be doing this as soon as possible!

Sign #7 you might be addicted to chickens: Your cell phone has more pictures of your chickens, than of your children!

Well I thought that I was going to be ok building a new 16x20 coop but now I am wondering if I should go for 16x20 with an 8x8 hatching room and a 3x5 seperation cage (for injuries). Maybe I should just remodel the house

I picked up turkeys & only 1 chick but I never had a white rock & she was so cute!

DON"T forget your brooding room & you need a coulpe breeding rooms then you need a room you could put any broody hens and a supply room
