How bout a Gypsy Wagon coop ???

Qi, a visit from you and yours would be delightful !
I'd be happy to include the 6 ft. run in the price, a second 6 ft. section would only be an additional $50.00 ( most of that is the price of the hardware cloth ).
You've hit the nail on the head with the plans, it's not always easy to convey precisely on paper ideas that seem more intuitive to begin with ! Try to imagine Dr. Suess telling us how to make the " Star-making-and-erasing machine " !
" It bonked. It clonked. It jerked. It berked. It bopped them around, but the thing really worked.” - Dr. Seuss

This is the one I want!

I have plenty of tools here including a scroll saw.

Maybe you should spend some time in California!

A traveling Gypsy chicken coop maker....hmm, I'm starting to sense a theme here !
( I'm gonna need more silk shirts and some cooler boots !

Wouldn't that be fun! Oh, think of the places you would go and the people you would meet! (get the dr. seuss reference? subtle eh?!) You could stay in various BYCers houses all across the country while you build them a coop. How fun for you!

Hey Danny 560, As a professional builder I must say that is a work of art! A+. I have a friend that has a genuine, antique sheep herders wagon that came from out West somewhere. Similar in design of your coop. My intentions are to build me one full size one day and hitch one of my donkeys to it. Please post some more pics of your coops...

Thank you Cindy ! I think it's perfect for a Silkie trio !
I wonder if Cher might like to use it her next video ?

( and now I can't get that song outta my head !

Honey I can sew! LOL

I know a great cobbler too!

Can you make that thing big enough for me and 2 kids to live in?

I'll need a couple more to haul the dogs and chickens around with us.

It could be out "Mobile Home!" hehe

And you are not just a builder you are an artist. I have an uncle that used to build stuff like this. He made all of my cousins beds when we were small. One was a pagota, one was a clown and the other was a circus wagon bunk bed. They were awesome.

I love anyone with an imagination that can look at something and use the concept for a totally different use.

I'm thinking it could be your theme song while you travel from town to town staying with BYCer's building your gypsy coops! I see a whole theme here..gypsy coops, traveling gyspy coop builder in a van with peace signs painted on the side, hippie chicks/aka silkie chickens, stereo blasting cher song, which is Still stuck in my head and..I think I just dated myself badly!!

Sounds like a good time to me

I saw that one. It's adorable.

I had drawn up some plans and did some sketches for my husband to build some special coops for me, but now those will probably not happen. Somewhere are some plans he wrote up too, but I'm missing a lot of things he had written down.

I doubt I can do all the things he could, plus I haven't use heavy power tools since I met him and kind of nervous about them now.

Besides it was so much easier to get them done when I didn't have to do them. LOL

I didn't use to be like that, but I just can't seem to get things done lately.

I'd love to be able to buy 5 acres and have Danny stay a summer. I could have a chicken village with a multitude of coops.

Ya! I could display all your designs for you Danny!!!!!
