How can I encourage nesting behavior in my pigeons?

How can I get my pigeons y to o build a nest and have eggs? I’ve been giving them plenty of greens and other pigeon friendly treats. I gave them a new nest box and nesting material. Is there anything else I can do to encourage them to build a nest?

Pigeons form monogamous pairs. They won’t breed unless they are mates, and if they are not it can take a while for them to be mates. How big is the aviary with how many birds? They are less likely to breed if they are crowded.

I have one mated pair in a 6X4 aviary. I have a video of what I think may be nesting behavior, but I’m really new to this, so I don’t know

You'll need to build them some kind of nest box and give them a bowl or something to build a nest in... and offer them a bunch of nesting material like straw.

Peach has been collecting sticks and pieces of straw and picking them up and dropping them again, after tipping his head back and shaking it.
