How can I keep ameraucana chickens in the the pen with the others?

The RIR is a pretty awesome breed, I have had a great experience with them. They are very good layers, very hardy, decent free rangers, and they are not flighty. The hens can get pretty mean with other birds though.

I have leghorns and they'll damn near hop a 6' fence.
Clipping one wing does nothing to slow them down.
I clip both wings as short as possible and that's how I keep them in.
Sometimes I get a determined one that will flap like crazy and almost looks like they're walking up the fence but clipping both short keeps 95% of them grounded.

I used to have bard rocs and they were almost all killed when a couple of dogs roaming the neighborhood came onto my property. Only the bantsms survived, except for one, because they could fly!

We currently have a tarp over our run to provide shade & to keep hawks away. On our last run we tried a poultry net but it was a big pain getting chickens untangled, we ended up running chicken wire over the top
