how can i tell if my egg stopped growing at day 19

i candled my egg and have not seen any movement at all since day 1 and now it is day 19. you can see that it was growing but now i think it is dead. should there still be any liquid in the egg at day 19? the temp in the bator has dropped a few times and at one time it got up to 120 for maybe 15 minutes. any info would help. thanks
