A puppy cannot be traded sold or bartered in the state of pa til they are 7 weeks of age. Is there a way you can contact the auction owner, let him know he can be cited for this illegal activity and he may just start placing policies. The chicks unfortunately probally cannot do anything about. Hopefully one of them will investigate and join byc.

the next time you are in a situation like that with the chicks.. just hand the people a slip of paper with your phone number and tell them to call you in 8 weeks.. You will get a lot of free chickens and ducks..

telling people to neuter their pets is futile.. that is obvious..
