How can someone tell between production Toulouse or the regular Toulouse

I think I have an overweight goose or a heavy set breed of goose. She's a Toulouse but that's all I know. If she is overweight then I'm going to have to slim her down somehow, she's loves to eat though.

Pictures? My Toulouse gander is a silly, skinny little thing. He's about 1 1/2 years old.

She looks a bit overweight to me, but I'm no expert. Do you have a vet experienced with poultry?

Ummm I have a farm vet, she's not really experienced with anything specific. I guess she sees all animals.

In that case, I'd just go with your instinct. You know her best; if she seems healthy, she's probably fine.

ETA: My American female is quite a bit heavier than him, and she's fine. Just built like a tank, lol!
