no its definatly a rooster. it has HUGE spurs!

if this is a different bird it's comb also has the three rows of peas which would indicate a cockerel as well

that is the fourth toe on the foot...that is where the fourth toe is located the spur (if it is a roo) grows above the

sorry...grows above the 4th toe and only develops when the rooster is very mature (around 1 year old...)
