How cold is too cold for my ducklings??

The only time I've locked my ducks in the coop was when there were -70°F wind temps. Other than that, they've been fine in our normal negative temps (-20). As long as they have places to get out of the wind and straw to snuggle in, they will be fine (as long as they are fully feathered).

There was a member several years back who duck slept in it's water bowl overnight and got frozen. Last we had heard the duck was losing it's feet to frost bite. This is something to always keep in mind if they chose to sleep in a pool or water where temps are extreme.
