Ok so this morning I had my furthest developing chick. This one was #5 out of 5. It had pipped at the top of the egg this morning. Then I came home at lunch and there was a second pip on the side. Where its beak was sticking out and bluish and dead. It was fully developed. It was not shrink wrapped, it did not have any yolk left. I just dont get it. It was really large and took entire shell. Does that again mean too much humidity at start?

I had the same problem happen to me, some one on here told me it was probably due to not enough weight loss caused by humidity being too high the 1st 18 days. The chick does not loose enough weight and is too big to hatch, and thats why he strongly reccommends weighing the eggs to check weight loss.
I hope this helps you for any future hatches, good luck.
