How did you come up with your screen name?

I think I have once again PROVEN to myself and all.......that I do not have a creative bone in my body...........I am a chick....and now officially lived in Oklahoma long enough to be an okie...........and I am old.lol hence the 57.......... loved reading everyones posts...........too cool......

My name is my real (middle and last) names, because when I signed up I didn't know other y'all used nicknames. If I'd made one up, it probably would have been Hen Whisperer or Dances with Birds (my Dad's nicknames for me.)
TitiBebbs-have you gotten any interesting answers to your students' assignment. My got my first name because my parents couldn't think of a middle name to go with Grace. I now go by my first and middle names, separetly or together, and about three thousand nicknames.

My nickname is from a cityslicker friend of mine from Miami recently relocated to Texas. I love to tease her about calling animal control when she saw a rat in her yard. She loves to tease me about my farm animals and how my crops are, etc. She calls me Farmer Jones and sings the theme to Green Acres.

My last name really is Jones.

I just signed up about six hours ago, and choose chickiepoo because that is a nickname that I have called my daughters on occasion. "chickie" or "chickiepoo". But on this thread I see that there is already a "Chickiepooh", so can I change my screen name? I am kinda surprised I was allowed to use something so close to hers.

My real name is Paula. I live on a family farm where my great-grandmama reared her 13 children in coastal South Carolina. My DH and I have 3 horses, 1 doberman female, 6 hens, 1 roo, 4 adult children (30, 26, 24, 24) and 2 minor children (17, 14) The 2 24 year olds are not twins. One is mine and one is his. The others are all mine. But we call them all ours.

If I can change my screen name how do I go about that. If I can change it I will go to Deuce. I guess cause I am a gemini and my DH says that I definitely have an evil twin. Definitely two of me.

 

[Buff Hooligans]

I chose Buff Hooligans because I have Buff Orpingtons. The "hooligans" part comes from the realization that the breed I chose for it's docility has turned out to be a mob of juvenile delinquents clothed in pretty feathers! I guess I thought they'd be sitting around discussing knitting and the weather or something. Instead they are demanding little treat pirates.
I adore them.

Hi everyone. (very funny Buff!

My sweet babies are quite the little hooligans also! LOL)
I live in Kansas (the sunflower state) and around here sunflowers grow wild in the summer and I just love them. They are so cheerful. Some day I'd like to start growing specialty or unique sunflowers.
