I need to be NPIP certified to take my birds to the fair. I need to have my birds tested and am not certified to do it. I will have to find someone near me. Is anyone here NPIP certified? I really just need to know what all it contains, i am kinda confused of what i need to do.

Contact your State Department of Agriculture. The NPIP is a Federal progrem administered through State Ag Depts.
  4. Contact your extension agent. They come to your place and test all the adult birds the first time. Then every year they do just a few. It's free and you don't have to be tested at shows/fairs.
