How do I buy 2-3 chicks in NH?

Thanks everyone! My wife is totally NOT on board, her dad raised chickens the old-school way, and so she sees them as messy and smelly.

Don't they have a lot of chicken swaps in NH? I would bet you could get just a few that way. I remember last year, seemed like there was a swap at the local NH tractor supply at least once a month durring the summer. I remember them being posted on Craigs list.
