How do I convince my parents to let me get more quail?

So I live in an apartment and I own 1 single golden quail. I know that we need more, 2 or 3 but my mom says that 1 already makes such a mess (it doesn't, I clean up everything she does) then what will we do when we get more? I've tried convincing her I'll do everything required but she won't budge. I've tried studying more and doing more chores but still she won't let me.Please help, my quail is calling very loud when she is lonely. There aren't ANY aviaries to send her to be happy and live with other quail. I know this is irresponsible on my side but my apartment is the only place where she can be safe. She cant be released, she's too tame and falcons will eat her up, if cats don't get to her first. She can't fly too far (she's a quail after all) with the wild doves and the burning sun makes the asphalt so hot no one can walk on it without shoes. PLEASE HELP.
Hi to you there!
You have got some good Ideas from the good people here, but if I was you, I would calm my parents concerns, and what are this concern? Normally adults do not want the preoccupation, financial expenses, and mess around pets in a small apartment. Therefore, you must convince them that the additional quails will not be a burden to them. You have to convince them that all the care will be done by you, and that you are willing to give part of your pocket money to participate in the expenses. And you should ask them for a trial period, and agree that if you do not stand up to it, you will be willing to give them up!
