How do I fatten up the little roos?

I have some chicks raised by a hen and incubator and it looks like most are roosters. How will these little feather weight chicks taste? Right now they are about 12 to 14 weeks and I can keep them for another 4 or 6 weeks if needed. How should I fatten them? Chick finisher? Should I wait as long as possible? Should they be in a slightly smaller pen so they dont run around as much?

I use turkey show or broiler finisher feed at 22% protein. They wont get as big as Cornish Cross, but this might help. I add lots of corn and it makes the birds FAT and juicy!
