How do i feed a newborn chick?

I had a little fella that was just born today peck at grains. I've never hatched chickens on my own and she's starting to peep a lot. She's warm and has a light next to her. She appears to be hungry? Im unsure on what to do. Help!!

Chick starter in a shallow bowl is fine. Just make sure they can reach into it.
Dont be alarmed if it doesnt eat a lot today though. It's still loaded up with 'food' from the egg yolk.
If it was with a mom, it wouldn't eat until all the other hatched and she was ready to come off the nest.

Yes i am, she stumbles alot

She will alternate between being spazzy and basically passing out looking dead. Have you ever seen a puppy have allllll the energy and then boom, naptime? Same thing.
