Not a red tailed hawk. Their tail is really short, stubby, and red UNDERNEATH. Looks like a Cooper's or a Sharpshinned. Check out the tail. I think a Cooper's is more rounded at the tip, and the Sharpie's is more square. Also, the Cooper's tail is really long.
