How do I heal this?

Been gone a week and found this today. What could be the cause and how do i heal it? I have put triple antibiotic ointment on it and put her in the sick cage. It looks to just be top layer of skin broken and some bleeding . What do i need to do? Thanks

That is almost certainly a rooster injury from mating, in that location under the wing.... assuming you have a rooster. Once it is healed, a saddle or apron would be a good idea to protect the site.
You must have posted just as the forum was being converted to a new format, which was unfortunate and most likely why you didn't get any replies. How is she doing now?
