How do I keep the run dry

Yeah, then the water won't go directly into the run. Because the run doesn't have hardware cloth sides, dampness will stay in there a long time. Getting the downspout out of there would be my first step to drying it out.

Next, I would look to see if water pools in that area when it rains. If it does, you will have to slope the inside so the water drains away from the coop and run.

The water dripping inside could be from condensation. The water has nowhere to go because there's little ventilation in there. Maybe replace the run roof or tarp with clear panels so the sun can get in and perhaps dry it up a bit, or with hardware cloth to let in air? Or could you put the run in front of the coop, away from the house wall, so that it's not so enclosed?

It’s always wet apparently... since it’s winter it rains and snows
Put a floor in your coup.. old pallet to a piece of plywood on bricks, 2x4's or something to hold you over till late Spring or early Summer. Get the bedding/liter off the ground to stop water absorption.. Then build a new coup or tear down the old one and reassemble elsewhere you know water is a nonissue.. Got an old tent.. Use as a temporary shelter... never surrender.

There is no where else to put the coop.
