How do I keep the run dry

If s/he lacked the basic knowledge to care for chickens, how would s/he know what questions to ask us?

OP wants to do what's best for their chickens, and came here looking for guidance. Their parents likely built this coop.
So you dont think that this coop is unstable for chickens to live in? And they asked us these questions because they don't know what they are doing! I understand that they want the best for their chickens but judging from this thread/ the comments that they wrote, it appears to me that they dont have basic knowledge on how to care for chickens!

These are their problems they are looking for advice on. Whether they act on that advice is up to them. Don't judge.

You lack the basic knowledge needed to care for chickens.I get that your still learning, so am I, but that 'coop' is not safe for any animal other than a rat to live in. The 'coop' is tiny, and for everyone else to fully understand your problems, you need to post clear pictures of their coop.Read a few threads, ask a few questions and you will understand that this is not a safe place for chickens to live!
Why is my coop not a safe place??

It's just wet and a little small when you don't count the run as part of the coop. If they always have access to the little run, then the size is suitable for 3 chickens. Wetness and holes where predators can get inside make it unsafe, and not having a roosting place they can use at night means they sleep in their poop, which can cause health issues as well.

Oh I will adding roosting place in their coop. Should I let them outside though at night

No. At night they should be locked into the coop so no predators can get at them. They won't need food or water at night but they will need the wood '2x4' that was explained earlier to roost (sleep) on. That wood 2x4 roost needs to be above the nest box (where they will lay eggs) and a foot below the roof of the coop so they can stand up. And in the walls above their heads should be holes covered in hardware cloth so that warm wet air can escape but predators cannot reach in.
That way they will be safe and healthy at night and in the day you can let them out into the little run where they can eat and drink. And then let them free range as much as you can when you are home because the space you have for them is very, very small.

Yea the backyard not that big though:/ my ventilation holes are very small also I’ll add more and I don’t need food in the coop?

You don't need food in the coop. They won't eat while they sleep. You can feed them when you open the coop door in the morning to let them on the run. You have to be early, though! They need energy when they wake up, and they wake up when the sky starts getting lighter.

That question was already addressed. If you are sure your run is predator proof after you cover the hole with a cinder block, I see no reason why you can't allow them to use that space at night time. And the water issue should also be addressed.
