Speaking for myself I am just trying to help make their lives a little better.
I hope that she is trying to do her best and just doesn’t know anything about chickens or how to keep them. Maybe it is all a hoax to test our patience. But maybe we can help make her chickens live a slightly better life by showing her what to do differently.
I think #1 priority is a safe, dry, ventilated place to sleep. After that the run. One step at a time.
 
I think the OP is no different than a lot of people that jump head first into getting an animal they don't know how to take care of. The difference here is the OP is trying to fix the issues. If OP didn't care, they wouldn't respond and ask for clarification. To anyone that thinks OP is doing a horrible job, leave the thread. Simple as that. OP is doing what they can to fix things. There is no need to just respond and say OP is doing a terrible job without giving proper advice. Be nice people, jeez

Duhh im tryna make my chickens happy and is my first time taking care of them because I never take care of them.
 
If this picture is of a part of the run they don‘t use and water drains directly into the area, can you change where the water drains?

Can you tell where the water comes from? We might be able to offer some build suggestions. Send
 
Is the water coming from outside, and dripping in? That will be a hole in the roof to fix.
If the water is not coming through the roof, it is condensation, which can be from a damp coop/run, or not having enough ventilation.
A damp area for the chickens to live in (day and night) can lead to mold, which can make them very sick. That's why they need a dry coop and run.
How cold is it there in the daytime, and nighttime now?
