would an air rifle bounce off? what about that bird/snake shot for .22?I have removed a couple small areas with bolt cutters for easy barrel access. Just a thought for others.

I barely trust the .22 snake shot to take care of snake, mice and ground squirrels here.would an air rifle bounce off? what about that bird/snake shot for .22? sure it would kill a fox at point blank.
never used it was always told fox are very thin skinned animals. i know its only effective to like 10 ft?I barely trust the .22 snake shot to take care of snake, mice and ground squirrels here.
good point changed my post to get rid that i think it would kill one.I've tested ours in a controlled range to find the spread and penetrating power. I suggest anyone do the same with their brand. No need to torture an animal with slow shot or broad spread.
Do not ware your wife kimono when you do this if you are in the UK. It will get you in trouble.

LOL you can't make this up.
Not all 22 rimfire guns made today shoot shorts but long rifle only. Check your manuals and look on the barrels. Better yet, get classes and know gun safety and how the weapon works..22 is just a caliber - you have the choice of firearm (powder charge) with either short long or long rifle powder charge, or a .22 cal pellet gun that can dispatch a trapped animal without the danger of the firearm. .22 cal bullets are more powerful than most pellet rifles .
