How do I know if my Muscovy Drake is fertile

For some reason when I crack my duck eggs the bullseye is at the bottom. I have to flip the yolk over to see it.

I have found it you let the egg rest on it's side for a few minutes, then crack it open on the bottom and empty it, the blastoderm (fertile) or blastodisc (not fertile) will be on top. Try that and let me know what you see.
