For some reason when I crack my duck eggs the bullseye is at the bottom. I have to flip the yolk over to see it.

I have found it you let the egg rest on it's side for a few minutes, then crack it open on the bottom and empty it, the blastoderm (fertile) or blastodisc (not fertile) will be on top.
