Solved How do I stop the BYC emails?

I honestly don't know. I just got another one, up to almost 80 so far today.

This is what the latest email said that just came to my inbox.

It's a brand new thread and I wasn't "watching" it but I wonder since it says "a forum you are watching" does that mean I'm getting the emails because I'm watching that forum?

Go onto the Duck Forum, and look to see if the option on the top right is 'unwatched" or "watched" Sounds like that's probably your problem.

Use a fake-throwaway email like a gmail account with your handle/avatar. Then never check the fake gmail account so who cares if you get a ton of emails?

It looks like you somehow watched that forum. Unwatch it, and the emails informing you of the posting of new threads in that forum will stop.

Ok, I just now went to the duck forum and clicked "unwatch" That should do it I bet!
