how do i tell the difference between the breeds

i ordered some buff brahmas and silver laced cochins but im starting to think they aren't the right breeds or colors. how do you tell the difference between a brahma and a cochin. i know that cochins have feathers all around their feet but both my breeds only have half their feet covered. do you think this means that i have buff and light brahma

Brahmas have~ Pea combs
Cochins have~ Single combs
