how do i tell the sex of a 3 week old chick

i have 6 from my incubator- three have LONG tails and long necks. the other three are smaller...

3 weeks is a little too early to tell in most breeds. I would recommend waiting until 8wks to try and sex them. If you can, you could post pics and we could give it our best guess.
