We have a chicken that has a blister on her comb from frostbite. We live in Northwest Indiana and, despite our best efforts, the super cold got her. How do we treat this? After doing some searching online we are still confused about what we should do. Should we bring her inside? Should we put something on it? Will she need a vet visit? Or an antibiotic? She is acting fine otherwise. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated!

Leave her out and don't touch the frostbite.
Do you have a pic of the comb?

Here are some pics. She has always been a bit bald around her comb. Thank you again, everyone, for your help!!

I have always read not to break a blister. Do you have a picture? Most frostbite on combs requires no care, but just to reduce humidity in coops with overhead ventilation, along with preventing direct wind on the chicken.
I added the pictures thread. Thank you for your help!

Thank you for sharing this!! Do you think it will be obvious if it becomes infected?
