I got some tylon 200. It says it cannot be used any animals other than swines. But I cannot get tylon 500. So can you use them on chickens for respiratory disease? It is an injection, but I have never injected any chickens, and I'm not sure if I can do that. Is it possible to put in in drinking water?

here is a good medicine chart to bookmark for meds

the info i have on what the state vet said on using tylan orally- put on a treat to give to them, i don't treat chicks, only adults,

if i am treating respiratory i also feed a diced clove of garlic -

@casportpony may be able to give other options

@luludaxia , I would give it orally no less than twice a day. The dose I would use is 50 mg per pound per day. How many times per day can give it?

If you want to give Tylan in the water, try looking on amazon or EBay for Tylan Soluble Powder.

You could also try a different med, like Denagard.
