PM Re: how do members become moderators? That was me Marlin...look up the thread a little further!! Don't want scrambled labelled "Not mature"!!! LOL!!!

LOL!!! If that's the worst I've been called on this board I am soooo lucky, lol!! No sweat, in fact if being immature means being fun, joking, laughing and socializing on this board then lately we sure need more of it...I can google chicken information and have had my chickens for a year now, I am not on this board anymore for shared chicken knowledge, I am here because I truly like sooooooo many of the members and look forward to those moments when someone will "outwit, outlast and outplay" me and totally crack me up...you all know those spew coffee on the computer screen funnies!! I'm not talking about beefin up the sexual content (I totally think that is inappropriate too) or having a group tar and feather( although I detest trolls and purposeful and deceitful flaming) I just mean those "holy cow, now that right there was funny" moments when we bond and enjoy taking time out of our face to face life to enjoy interacting with our internet friends....let's dont strangle the life out of this forum folks, please

I think many people are just too afraid to be funny anymore. Too many people are walking through this site with a chip on their shoulder ready to be offended at the slightest provocation. It must be burdensome to take oneself so seriously.

Thats why I am scared to post a joke. I love being sarcastic but people think I am serious even though in the title I put (joke).

Scrambled,
If you are an immature egg wouldn't you still be in a chickens vent? LOL

Maybe I am in the minority, but I NEVER take myself too seriously! Laugh with me or laugh at me...I can deal with it, just keep laughing and enjoying every single day...if you think in context of the possibility of anyday possibly being your last, would you really want that last day to be one where nothing surprised you and made you smile...when you didn't shake your head at someone's crazy antics and think to yourself, "thank you , you nut, you just made my day?" ...I love to be surrounded by happy, laughing, fun people who can enjoy the day they are given and not worry so much about the things that really just dont matter!!!
