How do other municipalities deal with predators? And pests because that's an issue here and i have to make a delegation so i need facts please?

Can you provide more information about what you are seeking? I'm not sure if you are asking what rights you have to deal with predators, or what your city is doing about predators, or ?

The issue is chickens... AND I WANT THEM! And there main concern was predators being attracted to The town

Well, what sorts of predators are they concerned about wandering into town, there on Huron's North Shore?

When `vermin attraction' came up in a hearing in Columbia, MO, it was pointed out that it was perfectly legal to hang & gut deer in any backyard in town (guts & blood soaking the grass...), yet no one had complained. Whereas 5 well maintained hens in a predator proof coop were less `attractive', overall.
