Beer can chicken! Smoke grilled!
On a cast iron pan loaded with potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, chicken marinated in garlic and herb or Italian dressing or State fair speidie sauce. Chicken juices flavor the roasted vegis and make everything scrumdiddlyumptious!

We eat a LOT of chicken here -- grilled (marinated in Italian dressing) is a summer favorite, chicken cutlets and chicken parmesan, chicken shredded and seasoned for tacos, cordon bleu, a nice roast chicken or, even better, "beer butt chicken".....chicken around here is kind of like shrimp on Forest Gump, I could give you a list a day long of all the ways we like to fix chicken!
