I like omlets with diced onions and a jalepino with a dash of the pepper juice. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Course, I like scrambled eggs too, and deviled eggs, and egg salad....

4/5 eggs, salt/pepper large pinch dry mustard powder a little milk.
After cooking for while lift up the bottom to allow the runny stuff under (Bottom burns otherwise cos it's too thick)
grated cheese or cheese and onion over the top and finish under the grill. Yummy.
