How Do You Like Your Eggs

over easy cooked in the left over bacon grease!! with hashbrowns and toast and a large OJ. Oh and bacon of course.

EEKS I feel an artery hardening up as I write this...

Scrambled or the kind that you make at Easter I think that's called hard boiled but I'm not sure LOL.

In the middle of the plate works fine for me.
I was told it's called a birds nest, cut a hole in the center of a slice of bread put it in a olive oil coated pan jam in a slab of butter and drop an egg in the middle salt and pepper, way good.

A trip to the herb garden for a hand full of whatever looks good, 3 eggs in the blender with the herbs a bit of salt and water. Blend for 30 seconds cook in butter. Perfect green eggs.

Any number of ways.

Scrambled with sausage and spooned over hash browns on a flour tortilla then sprinkled with grated cheese and chili powder and folded and rolled is good.

Over easy topping the hash browns next to crispy bacon or sausage.

Over easy topping browned roast beef hash.

As an omelet with cheese, mushrooms, and diced ham.

Fried hard then put on a toasted English muffin or a biscuit with cheese and either bacon or sausage.

Fried hard and served between two slices of white bread with a little salt and a generous shake of black pepper.

Deviled. Mmm.

Scrambled.

French toast.

Hard boiled.

I love eggs, period--but however they're cooked, NO runny whites. Ick.

My faves are a nice fried egg sandwich with the egg over hard on buttered toast, hard boiled in salted water and then sliced and topped with tomato and mayo, and scrambled with cheese and LOTS of salsa and guacamole on a tortilla.

My DH doesn't like eggs. How any anyone NOT like eggs??
