It makes a difference, you know... my favorite ways to cook them are boiled or scrambled -- because I'm to much of a klutz to make them any other way XD
I love em every singly way you can make em! But I usually go with over easy, love my dipping eggs. Or scrambled with a lil salsa and cheese on top. (goes to check for salsa)
Unfortunately I am on a restricted cholestorol diet so I can't eat as many as I'd like but when I do, it's usually scrambled with a bit of cheese and salsa on the side....and usually for sunday morning breakfast.
Oops I forgot, french toast. Thick cut ten grain bread, eggs, milk, vanilla and plenty of cinnamon and nutmeg, soak the bread overnight in the fridge, turning once and in the morning, sautee it in olive oyl or butter if your arteries can handle it and slow cook it till the center puffs up.
I cook mine in a pan with a little butter....fried over HARD HARD HARD lol I love them that way... my hubby says I cremate MY eggs but...hey...I like them
I also like scrambled too... and hard cooked eggs but I dont like the yolk. i only eat the whites lol the birds get the yolks!
edit: weird, never heard of the eggs in toast called that...we always called them Eggs in Toast lol I have always seen Toad in the Hole (in the UK) as usually sausages in yorkshire pudding. Interesting how the names and meanings change!
