I am reading the Goose Training thread -- and it is great! I'm almost mid-way through it, so I apologise if this is answered further in… but Oliver (if memory serves) offered wonderful advice. Starting with the "wing spread" and the hiss, then a chest bump, and then if things escalate -- pinning the goose to the ground. It is this part that I am confused by. Pin the goose, how exactly? Actually flip him onto his back and hold his wings against the ground? Or do I face him away from me, then pin his wings to his side? Or am I misunderstanding this completely? I want to be sure if/when the time comes and my baby grows up…. I am able to keep in him line.
Can someone please walk me through the pinning of a goose?
Muchas gracias!
