Okay, HuffleClaw -- hold the scale in a two-handed grip, like so... heavy end up, foot end towards you, yep, that's it. Horizontal swings are easiest and have the most power -- gravity is a powerful ally (except for when it's not) -- and side swings tend to make you spin a little, depending on how heavy the scale is. Take your pick, but try not to hit ChickForLife too hard -- we want him (her?) up and moving for when we practice on moving targets....Meeeeeeeeee

Aim for the shoulder.
