The whole house is that awesome insulation. In the 10+ years we have lived here the attic have never gone above 91°F... Laser thermometers are a great toy!
Rental? What a waste of funds. All equipment is 100% down/nothing a month. I do all my own Telecom work/repair/upgrades. The ISP techs who show up for "repairs" have never had even a hint of a complaint on this system. A few admitted honest jealousy up to the pin t of knowing our ISP speed limits out here in boonies....
