When I the university years, many of my friends in the dorm that were a solid "good" at typing were already in the 55-75wpm with 80+% accuracy
My Better-half is .... On a very slow day, over 75wpm at over 95% accuracy.
My hunt-n-peck hybrid typing on an ergonomic keyboard was last known to be 35-45wpm with 80+% accuracy

I have no idea how much change has occured over the last 3-4 years since then.....
